I researched properties for several months and made contact with numerous agents for further details. Prior to our... viewing trip, we made arrangements to view properties with three agents. The differences between the agents and experiences were vast and not simply dependant on the properties themselves. Even before meeting Ciara, it was clear that she wanted to make sure that our ‘wish list’ was matched as closely as possible. When we met at the property we actually purchased ( we were staying very close), Ciara was happy to spend as long as we wanted to look around. We returned for a second viewing and she was equally accommodating. She showed us the immediate local area, with a shortcut to the piste, introduced us to some residents in the building and gave us a realistic breakdown on all costs and property management etc. Having managed the offer process, we were already impressed with Ciara’ s professionalism and customer service. She then showed why she has such a great reputation and went way beyond her obligations. This included not only recommending legal representation but actually taking us to them, and the Mayors office, assisting with power of attorney and even how best to transfer funds. Months after purchase, Ciara was still happy to assist with delivery of deeds and also showed her wonderful kindness with a gift personally delivered to us as I sat injured (from a ski accident) in our new apartment. All steps in the sale cycle happened on time and exactly as forecast. There were no delays or adverse issues encountered at any stage in the process. I would like to thank Ciara and Property Bansko on assisting me with my property purchase in Bansko, Bulgaria. In one... word I have had great experience with them! Before hiring an agent, I always like to meet and interview an agent in order to see whether they possess couple of characteristics: familiarity with local housing market, analytical capabilities, communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of closing process, power of negotiation and connection with local parties involved in the closing process. After our first meeting, I realized that she had it all and decided to hire her and give her a chance. I provided the parameters of the property that I am looking for and ever since March 2020 she has been diligently looking for my dream ski vacation home. Everything finally clicked in Nov 2020 and our closing process went very smooth with no big obstacles. Can't wait to see my home in person (I live in US btw) and start remodeling it! Ciara has been amazing. I tried another Estate agent in Bulgaria beforehand and literally had no updates or anything... after advertising for 12 months. The management company I was with where also hard to work with but with the help and support from Ciara I sold my property and she updated me constantly throughout the whole process and during a pandemic also.
