I found Property Bansko on the web after searching for properties in Bansko. I was guided though the list of properties with attention and received detailed information for every question. After visiting the flat I had liked and decided to move forward, Ciara helped me with all documentation required for either sites and communicated every query in a timely manner. Infact it was very easy because we could use both English and Bulgarian to prepare the documents. I would recommend Property Bansko services for anyone who wishes to buy a property in Bansko.

We highly recommend Ciara at Property Bansko,Our journey with Ciara began early 2020 when we decided to start looking for an investment property in Bansko. We found several properties on Property Bansko website while sitting at home in the UK, Ciara was extremely helpful and informative from the outset. No question went unanswered.When purchasing abroad without being able to visit was nerve wracking but Ciara set our minds at rest at every stage.Our initial visit to Bansko was cancelled due to covid! Several lock downs later we eventually managed to get to Bansko December 2021.Finally met Ciara in person and she picked us up from our hotel and took us to see several properties, perfect service!We found our perfect property, put in an offer and same day it was accepted (gulp!) the purchasing process began!When we returned to the UK Ciara had introduced us to Eftim Eftimov, Bansko Lawyer.The process of purchasing in Bansko is so much easier (and quicker) than the uk as long as you have trusted help such as Ciara and Eftim.Our purchase was completed in 8 weeks! So much so we return to Bansko for the Feb half term and stayed in our own property! We were introduced to Ciara by another owner in our complex. From the very beginning it was very easy to communicate and Ciara was always willing to visit the apartment to take and update photos. Although interest in our apartment took quite some time (as the market was quite flat) this definitely picked up in late 2020/21. Ciara always kept us updated and promoted our apartment to any clients she had contact with. The final sale of our apartment was managed extremely well and even undertaken remotely for the client, now owner, via a virtual viewing. We were introduced to a lawyer by Ciara and everything was undertaken very easily and smoothly to ensure all the legal requirements and POA were ready for the sale. We chose not to fly out to complete the sale but we found the process with Ciara's and the lawyer's guidance very straightforward. We are pleased that everything went through as planned. We would highly recommend Property Bansko to others.

Ciara is both excellent at her job and easy to talk to. I had also been in touch with another estate agent who tried to convince me to sell at a lower price but Ciara advised me to be a little patient and it didn't take too long until she found a buyer for me at a better price. I had lost so much from what I had originally paid that it was a huge help to get a little more to help cover fee's in what is now clearly a buyers market. A fantastic service, Ciara has been a pleasure to work with! Like many being distant from Bansko, selling a remote property especially during Covid lockdowns and travel restrictions is rather unnerving. Ciara walked me through the process, supplied a fantastic Bulgarian lawyer who I gave POE. He even tidied up my remaining water and electric bills. The sale was delayed a couple of times as the buyers had issues flying due to Covid but from start to finish took two months. I couldn't recommend Ciara and the team enough!

Ciara has been amazing. I tried another Estate agent in Bulgaria beforehand and literally had no updates or anything after advertising for 12 months. The management company I was with where also hard to work with but with the help and support from Ciara I sold my property and she updated me constantly throughout the whole process and during a pandemic also.
